We were referred to this project through a business networking group called BNI. In BNI they emphasize only giving referrals to business owners that have an excellent reputation for high quality work and excellent customer service and communication. We are grateful.
When we met the client, they had already remodeled the rest of the house and left the kitchen and bath for last. For some reason they didn’t work with the other contractor, so we did a proposal and got the job over several competitors. We did a thorough intake and did beautiful drawings of the redesign. The couple were ecstatic about the project and wanted to get started right away.
We got rid of the gross carpet and replaced it with LVP luxury vinyl planks that are gorgeous, durable and waterproof. We also got rid of the old bathtub and replaced it with a mid-century modern design with quartz shower wall surround, matching light fixtures, custom paint, teak wood bench, teak wall privacy partition, new sinks and countertops, fixtures and more. Check out the before and after photos.
In order to replace the exhaust fan and install a roof vent and piping, we had to demolition a part of the ceiling and roof. This was necessary because the bathroom previously had no working ventilation, the paint was peeling and there was the possibility of creating an unhealthy mold issue.
The client was very pleased by the quality, look and design of our work. They plan on hiring us next year for remodeling their kitchen and master bedroom.
