We spent quite a bit of time strategizing, planning, visioning the ideal outcome of the complete home remodel.  It’s easy to get excited and jump into the work, but we find it best to spend more time planning so it comes out perfect.  We also work with a professional interior designer to get the exact look and feel desired by the client.

We did research on what’s trending with kitchen and bathroom design and came up with an ideal plan for the renovation.

Our team is in house, so they can do everything on site.  This saves time and money.  We pay extra attention to project management to ensure we have the right materials on site and the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

We did complete demolition of interior and then rough re-framing, electrical, plumbing, priming and paint, fixtures, appliances, flooring, trim, drywall mud and texture … basically re-built a whole fresh new stylish modern home.

The client did this remodel with the intention of selling it at maximum price in minimal time during a challenging real estate market.  They want the new homeowner to feel grateful with pride of ownership and relax knowing there’s nothing to fix or improve.  They can simply enjoy the home, entertain with friends and family.
